Warranty & Return Policy
At HoverHearts, we are committed to providing you with a safe and reliable shopping experience. All products enjoy the following after-sales guarantees:
- 30-Day Return Policy: You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- 31-90 Day Parts Warranty Service: Within 31 to 90 days of receiving your order, you can apply for parts warranty service if any product accessories are damaged.
Please note: This warranty only applies to genuine accessories included in your product order and covers the following situations: accessory quality issues, damage during transportation, or incorrect shipment.
If you purchase accessories separately, please ensure that the accessory model matches your motorcycle model before placing your order. If the wrong model is selected when placing the order, resulting in the need for replacement, you will be responsible for the resulting costs.
One-year battery warranty service: The product battery is covered by a free warranty against non-human-caused damage for one year from the date of receiving your order.
For a longer warranty period, we recommend that you purchase an extended warranty service (see “Extended Warranty and Insurance” below for details).
HoverHearts Product Return and Exchange Policy
I. Return and Refund Conditions
Quality Issues: If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days for replacement or repair. You will not need to pay any fees for exchanges or returns due to quality issues.
Non-Quality Issues: For returns due to non-quality issues, the customer needs to bear 20% of the order amount for shipping costs, and the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Wrong Item Received: If the item you received does not match your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will process an exchange or reshipment for you as soon as possible.
II. Return Process
Items eligible for return must meet the following requirements:
- Item must be in its original condition upon receipt.
- Unused and unworn.
- Labels and accessories must be complete.
- Original packaging must be retained.
- Please provide your order receipt or proof of purchase.

- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if there are quality issues, please attach one)
Upon receiving your application, our customer service team will review it as soon as possible and contact you. If approved, we will send you a return label and related instructions via email.
III. Return Shipping and Packaging Requirements
HoverHearts will cover the shipping costs for eligible returns.
We will provide a prepaid FedEx return label.
Customers must retain the original packaging for returns.
If the original packaging is lost or damaged, please repackage the item properly with suitable packaging materials to avoid further damage during shipping.
Please note that the prepaid FedEx return label can be used at any FedEx drop-off point. However, this label is not supported for FedEx door-to-door pickup service.
IV. Refund Process
After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund arrival time depends on your payment bank.
V. Order Cancellation
Before the order is shipped: You can apply to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
After the order has been shipped: The order cannot be cancelled directly and must be processed according to the normal return process.
VI. Extended Warranty Service
To provide you with greater peace of mind, HoverHearts offers an extended warranty.
By purchasing an extended warranty, you will enjoy:
- Longer product protection
- Priority after-sales support
- Additional repair coverage for critical components
- Lower after-sales repair costs
If you wish to use the product for a longer period and receive more comprehensive protection, we recommend that you purchase the extended warranty service at the same time as purchasing the product. (The price of extended warranty service will be calculated based on the value of the product, and the extended warranty fee will vary for different products.)
