📦 SHIPPING
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our California or Texas warehouses, depending on your location.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Q: Do you ship to all U.S. states?
A: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico is not available at this time.
Q: Do you offer same-day shipping?
A: Yes! Orders placed before 2 PM PST are usually shipped out the same day.

🔁 RETURNS & PARTS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days for a full refund.
Q: What if it's been more than 30 days?
A: From day 31 to day 90, you can still request a return — we’ll do our best to assist. However, we usually recommend sending you the replacement parts you need to save time and cost.
Q: Can I get parts after 90 days?
A: Yes! After 90 days, you can purchase replacement parts directly from us. If the part you need isn’t listed on our site, just email us at info@hoverhearts.com with your request.
