🔁 RETURNS & PARTS
A: We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days for a full refund.
A: From day 31 to day 90, you can still request a return — we’ll do our best to assist. However, we usually recommend sending you the replacement parts you need to save time and cost.
A: Yes! After 90 days, you can purchase replacement parts directly from us. If the part you need isn’t listed on our site, just email us at info@hoverhearts.com with your request.

A: Open the product, check the model (MB001, DB001-004, EA500), then add to cart. For fit questions (fit, axle width, rotor size), contact support before checkout so you get the correct replacement the first time.
A: Basic installation notes are on product pages. For safety-critical items (brakes, stems/clamps, electrics), we recommend a qualified tech. Keep original components until the result is tested.
A: We don’t stock Cane Creek road/MTB parts (headsets, seatposts) or other pedal-bike brands like Campagnolo, FSA, Easton, Ritchey, Zipp, Thomson, Reynolds, WTB, Surly, Fizik. Our catalog focuses on HoverHearts-specific components and moto-style accessories.
A: No—HoverHearts products don’t use pedal-bike derailleurs, road cassettes/cranksets, or standard bicycle headsets. Use OEM parts listed for your model to ensure proper fit and safe work.
A: We don’t sell Race Face MTB bars/stems/cranksets. Instead, shop our HoverHearts controls, handlebars, and throttle parts built for mini/e-dirt bike use. If a universal accessories mount is needed, contact support to confirm compatible options in stock.
